Our Patients

Patients of Western Reserve Senior Care have a full service visiting primary care team who become your advocate.  Your board-certified physician leads the effort to accomplish your own health goals, which may range from quarterbacking a team of specialists to general health maintenance and urgent care.  If desired, each patient can directly access their health records via a secure, online link into their personal electronic medical record.

We understand that each geriatric patient has unique experiences and goals for their health and we tailor a health management plan based on these goals.  Physicians, nurse practitioners and staff often become confidants and friends of the patient and their families.
